Group 7 are an adventurous group who are up for a challenge. Zoe, their instructor, has enjoyed her week with them. Everyone did all of the challenges on the gorge walk and came back very wet. The cold feeling, of being submerged in a freezing plunge pool, didn't last long however as they wore blue fluffy, teddy-bear suits and lined, neoprene boots as well as the lovely, red waterproofs.
